Robert arrived at the beginning of the appointment window after calling ahead to confirm our availability. He was professional and friendly. He was able to fix the problem with our opener. He also lubricated the door. There was no charge beyond the cost of the service call. We were very pleased with Precision and happily recommend them.

My wife looked at the invoice and was outraged at me for paying $175 an hour for the 30 mins required for your technician to replace our rubber garage door bottom 9ft [$20 per ft] weather strip. I am happy with the new opener installed during the visit. However, I mentioned to Robert that the door seemed stuck the first time I open it in the morning and the old opener would struggle to first open it. Well, the door still behaves as if stuck and the opener struggles at first to move it. I'd like for this to be fixed.
