I discovered that one of my main garage door's torsion springs was broken yesterday. I called Precision Garage Door to see if someone could get out to fix it as soon as possible. A technician (Taylor B. - highly experienced and efficient) was assigned and arrived today. He surveyed my issue, provided me with three options I could pursue, and went straight to work. This whole operation is very professional, from the first phone call for help, until the technician was finished. I am completely satisfied with the finished job. Thank you!

Was able to get same day service for a malfunctioning garage door opener. That is practically unheard of these days! Eric, the technician, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He asked a couple of questions, listened intently to what I had to say and then went to work! Service was fast and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it. The estimate that Anthony originally gave me was right on, both guys were very professional, the work was excellent as well as the customer service. I am one very happy customer!
