I discovered that one of my main garage door's torsion springs was broken yesterday. I called Precision Garage Door to see if someone could get out to fix it as soon as possible. A technician (Taylor B. - highly experienced and efficient) was assigned and arrived today. He surveyed my issue, provided me with three options I could pursue, and went straight to work. Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it. The estimate that Anthony originally gave me was right on, both guys were very professional, the work was excellent as well as the customer service. I am one very happy customer!

Your technician was very professional and courteous. He performed very well in spite of the heat wave! Unfortunately he had to make another trip with another part (a large 18' rod for top of garage door) which needed to be replaced along with the springs.
