I found Precision Garage Door Service online. The company’s presentation of services met my needs so I made the appt. Jamal was the representative who completed the work to upgrade my two garage door panels. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained how to use the new panels and patiently addressed my questions. Finally, the new devices are really nice because my doors now open and close very smoothly. Happy Customer!

Greetings to all! I contacted Precision to replace the garage door seal which needed replacing. Chris arrived and assessed the situation and advised that replacing the garage door seal would not be a problem; however, there were other areas that needed to be addressed. Chris indicated that the garage door was great quality, but most of the parts were builder grade and clearly explained the benefits in replacing these parts. My wife and I did not want to spend almost $3K on the garage door because our home is less than four years old. But, if it would significantly reduce the LOUD opening and closing (our bedroom is over the garage), it would be well worth the extra expenditure. Jamal arrived to perform the installation and did a terrific job - nothing short of outstanding. The garage door opening and closing is MUCH QUIETER than before! He explained everything in detail and linked our mobile phones and remotes to the opener. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED and look forward to Jamal assisting us with any future garage door issues!

A spring on our garage door broke and the door failed to operate. Chris did a thorough analysis of the entire garage door system and recommended new springs, rollers, bearings, and other moving parts. He gave us an estimate within 15 minutes, and, after getting our approval, did a complete upgrade to the entire system within about 90 minutes. The garage door now works perfectly. We are very pleased with the entire experience and the end result. Chris and his co-worker did an outstanding job.

Did an excellent job and very neat. I would recommend him and Precision. I gave only 4 star rating because it was on the pricey side. However, the overall job was well done.

We are very pleased with the service provided. The repairs crew came prepared to address all issues related to the broken garage door operating system. They provided a solid professional advise on what is needed, addressed critical safety issues, gave us various options and upon agreement they proceeded to address all issues. At the end of the process we ended up with a wonderful new operating system for our garage doors. The crew was friendly and professional and would strongly recommend this company for any garage door related issues. Although the pricing was somewhat higher than we originally expected, we feel absolutely comfortable with the outcome.
