When looking for someone to repair my garage door that would not open Saturday night, I saw that Precision Garage Door provided same day service. They were booked up Sunday when I called, Derrick arrived Monday morning and, after checking out the problem, he explained to me clearly three options. I liked the confidence he showed and the fact that he did not push one option over the other. An hour and a half later, I was pleased that the door was performing perfectly. We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track.
