On time, very friendly. Fixed the issue. I’m not confident it will be a long term fix however. When I initially called I was told the “come out” fee was $60. My total was $300 including $90 for a new generic remote and $200 for a “tune up” that took much less than an hour. What was included in the 60, why was it not on the bill? Also I prefer folks tell me as they do work what it will cost instead of a surprise. What work is included in the $60? Not clear.

I must say I was super impressed with this company right from the start. I called on a Sunday and was able to get a same-day appointment for an emergency repair on my garage door - that's almost unheard of these days! I had an unusual repair because I had no electricity in my garage due to a recent storm, I have an automatic door opener only, and therefore was unable to get my car out of the garage. Sherman went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car out and get me back in business. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and when I purchase my new garage door opener. I definitely want Sherman to install it for me. HE IS THE VERY BEST!

Staff workers were very professional and courteous. Upon completion, they demonstrated the operation of the newly installed spring, rollers, and cable. I appreciated them coming out in inclement weather to do these repairs. Job well done!

I called Precision because my garage motor and light stopped working and the door wouldn't close all the way. Sherman was my technician and he was great! He was professional, friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly, and was even a bit funny. He knew exactly the source of the issues of my system and fixed my garage door beyond what I could have imagined. The genetleman was polite and very informative to the repairs he suggested that we consider. I informed him that would be in the future if and when another problem popped up in the future. This has been the worst service and customer service experience that Ive ever had. My door is still not complete on 7/25/19 for a simple new garage door install. My first appointment was on 6/5/19. I have been getting the run around on completion of the door. They installed the door and there were gaps around it, i had to call them to check on the filling the gaps. They came out at least 5 times total to finally add paneling around the door but there is still a gap to this day. Last time a guy came he said the door was the wrong size, now they are telling me that they cant put a door the right size and they just need to add more wood to seal it up. I have never experience so much confusion on what needs to be done for something that should be simple. The door is custom made apparently so i don't know if they don't want to spend them money to make a new because they made the wrong size or what. This is horrible and my door is still not complete.

The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

Technician arrived on time. Made the repair needed. My only quibble would be the Technician saying that "I could have done this myself." I went to a professional so the work was done right. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use your company again.
