He discussed the options for the spring replacement, finished sooner than he had promised and did a great job. My issue was solved in under an hour. Atrociously expensive. Technician quoted $333 for replacing 2 sensors. The same job done 2 months ago by another firm in another garage door cost only $175. When I balked at their expensive estimate, the tech reduced it right away to $208. The tech also mentioned other repairs at an expensive quote of $1200. Tech would not give any warranty even for parts. When I pointed out the other firm had given me a 1 year warranty for the same job, he reluctantly provided a 30 day warranty. Only thing, tech was polite. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

My garage door was installed 2 years ago by Precision. Never had a problem with it. This week the door would not go up so I called and explained the problem. We unplugged the system to get the door opened. Then we could not get it down. They could not send anyone out until the next day. The next day the repairman arrived on time. He saw the problem right away. He showed me what was causing the problem. He checked each way to control the door. He was extremely nice but professional. There was no charge for the service call. Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? Precision garage doors exceeded my expectations. They were able to fix all the issues with my garage door in addition ad adding upgrades which should’ve been added to the garage door when it was initially installed. Bobby Shoar was very knowledgeable and aceta. My expectations were they was able to fix things that nobody else realize were problems with the garage door and upgraded all the systems on the door. I would definitely recommend them for anybody that has any issues with the garage door. I need a garage door installed.

I had a window of 8-noon. They arrived around 9 am. The technician figured out the problem, and gave me two options. I chose the less expensive option, because I believe my wheels are in good shape and don't need replacement. The technician fixed everything, and waited while I tested to make sure.

I chose Precision because I could not wait several days to have the garage door opener repaired or replaced. Earlier that day I had to leave my garage door open while running errands because it would not close. When I finally got it closed, I called a few garage door places. Only Precision was able to give me a next-day appointment. When Bobby arrived, he explained that my unit was 21 years old, and suggested several replacement options. I highly recommend Precision because of the tremendous customer service.
