They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

This technician (Elijah Bowman) was on top of his game. He was very professional and definitely knowledgeable with regards to products and services. He was able to explain everything in layman's terms so that they were understanding. He pointed out deficiencies and possible trouble points. There was no reason to doubt this young man's expertise within the subject matter. Precision Garage Door is a wonderful company. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. The most recent was this past Monday, Memorial Day. The day before (Sunday) the cable on my garage door became disabled and the door was stuck halfway open. Not only was I able to make an appointment online for Memorial Day but I was also able to chat with an agent who confirmed the appointment. The technician, Ron, came at the scheduled time and he could not have been nicer. He diagnosed the issue quickly and told me what he had to do. It was a pleasure having Ron perform the service. I highly recommend this company.
