Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. Technician arrived at 4PM, in the snow, and fixed the issue in about 30min. Technician could not have been more polite. If there was a 6th star available, I would have given it. Highly recommend this service.

My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Outstanding serve. We were able to contact an agent directly by phone on a Sunday night and she scheduled a technician to come out to do our repair in less than 48 hours. Because this repair took place on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, we were naturally anxious about getting it done quickly as we had family plans in the evening. But we were delighted with our technician, Jared, who was polite and very capable. He explained clearly what he proposed to do and proceeded to do the repair in an expeditious manner. We would recommend Precision Repair to anyone for top service.

I decided to give them a call back and was delighted to know they were able to attend to my dilemma so quickly (with the holidays I was expecting a later service). Brent was asked to come to my house. Both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! I called in the morning to see if someone was able to repair my garage door which was on track. The lady I spoke to said someone could be there between 1030-1. Brent Christopher Evans gave me a call. He said he would be there in 30 mins. He arrived early. He looked at my door gave me estimate on repairs. He explained everything that needed to be done. He got started and was done in about hour.
