Wow! I am so impressed with this service. I requested service over the weekend, and they were at my house first thing Monday AM. The technician was so polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly to me. He did not oversell anything or push anything on me. Actually, he helped me realize my springs had been recently replaced, so I felt like his honesty is what won my business. He repaired everything same day! Not like one of these other companies that does a diagnostic ($180-200!) and then has to schedule service another day. Highly recommend!

Inquired about getting my garage door repaired around 8:30am Monday morning and it was fixed by 11:15am that day. My technician, Josey, called and actually got me in EARLIER than my original timeslot - how often does that happen? He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. He also understood my budget and was able to do an excellent job within my budget parameters. Highly recommend Precision and Josey for any garage work that you may need.

08/27/2026 This is our first time experience with Precision, and it was great. I love the text with the bio information and picture of Mr. Steve Palmer, who was our technician. Steve was great. He was very helpful, courteous, and provided the exact itemized estimate for the type of double garage door we were looking for. Thank you Steve, and we look forward to working with the Precision Team. The Fords, Waldorf Md

My technician was Robert Schenck. If all technicians from different businesses were like him, I would always use that company. He took his time and went over all issues that was needed to repair and gave me a cost up front. He ran into a problem that I did not know I had and figured it out for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. We went over everything before he left and I was very comfortable and happy with the results. Trust me, if you request him you will not be disappointed.
