As I have only had an estimate on replacing my garage doors, I can't review the finished job. I chose to have Precision do an estimate based on the work you/they did on a neighbor's door installation.

Requested estimate for two new garage door openers and garage doors. Technician was very patient, professional and informative. I need to review estimates from other vendors before I make a purchase.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

I did not wind up purchase doors through your company but I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed and appreciated our interaction with James (your employee). He was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us on possible replacement doors, what would be accomplished and how. We decided to go a slightly different direction but it was not because of James. In fact, James caused this to be a very difficult decision.

Mike was great! He came out at the appointed time and provided thorough analysis of the situation regarding our garage doors. He worked up a quote for the repair right on the spot! Fair prices and he was very professional. I would most certainly refer him to others.

I had two garage doors installed June 2020. LOVE THEM! James Queen was the technician that gave me my estimate and Olaniyi I and his assistant (don’t know his name) installed the doors. All three gentlemen were EXCELLENT in their area of expertise. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I could see that Mr. Olaniyi and his assistant took pride in their work, very meticulous. I would recommend highly Precision to family and friends. Deborah W. of Bowie.

You were referred by my daughter (K.Carey) who’d contracted your garage door installation service approx 4 yrs ago at her Laurel, Md residence. I reviewed you website, read the reviews and checked your consumer business rating..very impressive. I scheduled the estimator’s appointment and within 2 days James was here, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was prepared with a list of questions and he answered all before I could ask. James conquered my apprehension and was on point regarding materials, mechanics and variables of doors iand openers, etc. He sealed the deal. I received the estimate ate within minutes and have already forwarded to my HOA as required. I’m looking forward to the completion of this project and am hopeful your installer continues with impressionable results as well.

Jim Queen came today to give me an estimate on a new garage door for my 12x24 ft. shed. He is an excellent representative for your company. He checked out the old door and took many measurements. He explained everything about the removal of the old door and installation of the new door. I will be getting a few more estimates from other companies but if the others are in the same ballpark, I will be glad to give Precision my business.

The technician that came out was outstanding! Not only did he give me some price quotes but also informed me of newer safety devices I should be aware of. I give him 5 stars. He was knowledgeable and gentlemanly. Clone this guy because he was great. Thanks

James came out to the house today and provided an estimate for a new door as well as 2 openers. It's obvious that customer service is important to the company, and James did a great job as a representative! He arrived on time, answered questions/offered recommendations, etc. Grateful that I contacted PD this morning, and was able to have someone come up this afternoon! A very good experience, and will be back in touch with PD soon.

Estimate for replacing doors. Employee who prepared estimate was on time, courteus, and quick. I can't rate the whole service yet since this is an estimate only. Final price on the estimate is a bit high. I have to think about it.

So the original estimate was a great experience. I would give it 5 stars. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed straightforward regarding what would be needed to replace my garage door. I got the estimate and it was more or less competitive with the other estimate I had just received. Again, still 5 stars. But then I call them to ask a few questions and find out how early I could get the replacement scheduled and that I'd give 1 star. I called the only number they have (a 1888 number) and the "scheduling dispatch" while nice enough couldn't do anything for me.... He couldn't answer my question about the quote (he'd have to have someone call me back)... and he couldn't tell me how long it would take before I could have the door installed (i.e. the scheduling dispatch couldn't tell me when they could install the door that they priced for me... again, he'd have someone call me back). Of course at this point I am a bit frustrated and he has the nerve to ask "is there anything else I can do for you" again... he is still pleasant... but calling in was useless... there might as well just be an answering machine because he couldn't help me at all. Needless to say, I think I'm going to go with the other company.
