I noticed a broken spring and of course used the internet to find a repair company. Precision was the first site I found so I called and their personnel were very polite and helpful. Our opener failed and we had Brandon out to replace it. He was excellent. He knew the products and options. Reviewed my home setup and suggested a few options taking the time to explain the differences in warranties as well as product options. Made the decision easy and the process was wrapped within an hour. Brandon is old school customer service when you could go with a trusted company and get installation and support in one call. Definitely a recommended company and tech.
