Jamal Crosby was very mannerable and efficient. He walked me through how to reset the keypad, as well as the remotes. He also sprayed the rollers so it wouldn't squeak. Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
