Jamal Crosby was very mannerable and efficient. He walked me through how to reset the keypad, as well as the remotes. He also sprayed the rollers so it wouldn't squeak. It took him 10 minutes to do what my husband and grandson couldn't do in an hour. I hope he will be our technician for future visits.

Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. I appreciate his time and expertise as well as his quick turnaround. I will definitely call precision once again if needed.

Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. Technician arrived at 4PM, in the snow, and fixed the issue in about 30min. Technician could not have been more polite. If there was a 6th star available, I would have given it. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours.
