Originally from Baltimore and I am a Ravens fan for life! I make sure i’m thorough with garage repairs and love customer service. I love mountain biking and golf. Also love spending time with my wife as well as training our service dog.
My service representative Tito was very professional when he called to say he was on his way for my appointment. Tito showed excellent interest in attending to my concern about the noise, slight hesitation of my garage door as it opened. He gave me adequate information about the age of my door and what he recommended to enhance its performance. I appreciated his attention to detail and his kindness while working with me with my repairs.
