Technician Tyler Johnson arrived at my home today about 1:30pm to perform basic maintenance on my garage door which was unusually noisy when opening or closing. Tyler adjusted to main spring, replaced the original hinges with more robust hinges, replaced the original rollers with larger nylon rollers & lubricated all the parts as needed. The entire process took approximately 35-40 minutes. When done it was obvious to me that the maintenance made the door operate more smoothly & more quietly. I was very pleased with Tyler's work & his explanations of why this process was necessary to increase the life of the garage door. I will definitely call this company again if I need any further adjustments to my door.

After 26 years of trouble-free usage, my garage door failed to operate. Tyler arrived on time (actually a little early) and was very friendly and professional. He replaced the spring, replaced the cables, replaced all the rollers and made some adjustments to the motor, all in about 50 minutes. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know in a simular situation.
