We were impressed with the quality of service they provided. They were both professional experts and courteous to us. They were able to provide same day service providing us with a new quieter chainless garage motor and its accessories explaining everything. They were reasonable in cost providing discounts.

I feel bad that I forgot the teit's me. This is the first time that I've ever had a tech call to say they were on their way and ask if they could pick up a cup of coffee for me.... I chose Precision because they had great ratings and reviews. I contacted another garage door service company yesterday and they never got back to me and so I decided to try Precision.
