Our garage door needed a few adjustments after being in use a few months. I was expecting to schedule a service call several weeks out and was shocked to receive one the next day! Tyler Johnson was our technician and excellent! He listened carefully to everything I said, did not rush me, or think he knew the solution before receiving all the details. He thoroughly inspected our door, made a few adjustments and fixed our issues. This young man is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a stellar example of customer service!

It was a true pleasure to meet Tyler Johnson today and watch him install two new garage door openers. He was very polite, sociable, hardworking, and efficient. For a young man, he exhibited great skill and finesse with the task at hand, obviously well-trained and a quick learner. Even though I added a last-minute extra task to reinforce both doors, he quickly adapted his work rhythm to accommodate my request.
