Our garage door would not open, even by hand: the spring had broken. Precision Door had completed maintenance on the door in 2019 and I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so I called them again. They were courteous and professional and most of all, repaired, upgraded, and replaced parts the same day we called (we were leaving town the next morning so this was very important to us.)
