Tito was ahead of schedule and came earlier than promised which was good since garage door wouldn’t open and our only car was inside. He inspected everything gave me two options and explained and also showed me what needed replacing snd why. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable, you could see he knew what he was doing. Rick, our technician, was on time and notified us in advance of his arrival. He was courteous and, after checking our garage door, presented us with three different straight-forward options for the repairs and other possible upgrades. Rick answered all my questions and demonstrated the parts and features where applicable. He even took the time to point out some features of our garage door opener we were not aware of.
