Today's call was just for a minor repair issue, but it went off without a hitch as expected and we were back up and running within about thirty minutes. Warranty repair on a new garage door install. While we were disappointed the garage door broke (cable got caught and slammed shut) after a new install just a few months ago, the repair process was fast. Ron came and fixed the door within 48h and explained everything in detail. Super job.

I was stuck with garage door opening.In social site I saw a precision garage service near my location, called them ,technician came within 24 hours of appointment in designated time. Technician Ran cross came to my house inspected the garage parts, detected the issue and resolved the problem. Suggested to replace a door open/motor.All the parts were carried by him in the truck that made easy to resolve the issue. I am very pleased, and can't say enough good things about Ron and his work.Even 5 stars is not enough.He showed all the instructions after the completion of work. Highly recommend!

I chose to try Precision after viewing several TV ads regarding their services over the past several months. I had been trying to get in touch with 2 other garage door companies and 1 never returned my calls, texts or emails and the other could not send anyone until August! I decided to give Precision a try and they assigned someone the very next day. James was very helpful and responded to my request for paperwork right away. Ron was the technician assigned to diagnose the issue with a garage door not opening or closing by remote and also inspected the 2nd garage door and notified me right away of any issues so they could be resolved while he was there. We recently called Precision to troubleshoot a problem with our garage door opener. The problem was sporadic; every few times we tried to open the door it would go part way up and then stop, requiring a second push on the pad or remote to finish opening the door. The same problem randomly occurred when closing the door. We were able to schedule a visit within less than 24 hours, and Ron, who came out to resolve our problem, was excellent! He identified the problem very quickly - our 20+ year old opener needed a new motor - and he had all of the parts on his truck (motor, new keypad, remote, etc.) to do the repair right away. He then assisted us with programing the new keypad and remote (plus the opener in our car) and also gave us some very useful information about online access and related matters. We were very pleased, and can't say enough good things about Ron and his work. Highly recommend!

Atrociously expensive. Technician quoted $333 for replacing 2 sensors. The same job done 2 months ago by another firm in another garage door cost only $175. When I balked at their expensive estimate, the tech reduced it right away to $208. The tech also mentioned other repairs at an expensive quote of $1200. Tech would not give any warranty even for parts. When I pointed out the other firm had given me a 1 year warranty for the same job, he reluctantly provided a 30 day warranty. Only thing, tech was polite. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Yes, you met my expectations and you solved the problem. I was impressed that when the problem developed on 1/23 the day before the major snow and ice storm you were able to schedule us for a repair which was done on the 24th. I was very, very impressed with Ron our Service Tech. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified and explained in the detail the cause of the malfunction and what he would have to do the complete the repair. I should add that even though we're talking about a garage he left the work area very clean. Finally, since our garage doors are old, i asked him to do a review and provide me with an estimate as to what we needed to do to upgrade the doors. An estimate was provided promptly.

Had a garage door fail this morning. I called Precision and they had tech Rob scheduled to come by in a few hours. Rob called and was able to arrive in 30 minutes.
