I am happy with the new opener installed during the visit. However, I mentioned to Robert that the door seemed stuck the first time I open it in the morning and the old opener would struggle to first open it. Well, the door still behaves as if stuck and the opener struggles at first to move it. I'd like for this to be fixed.

Yes, you met my expectations and you solved the problem. I was impressed that when the problem developed on 1/23 the day before the major snow and ice storm you were able to schedule us for a repair which was done on the 24th. I was very, very impressed with Ron our Service Tech. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified and explained in the detail the cause of the malfunction and what he would have to do the complete the repair. I should add that even though we're talking about a garage he left the work area very clean. Finally, since our garage doors are old, i asked him to do a review and provide me with an estimate as to what we needed to do to upgrade the doors. An estimate was provided promptly.

He did not pressure me to purchase anything unnecessary and provided me with some best practices for maintenance. Within an hour of my call, a service provider from Precision was at my home. I was having problems with a 20-year old garage door opener and the options for replacing it were explained to me. We finally agreed that the best option was to service the current opener and see if it would provide months/years of good service.
