I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Precision Doors gives you a bio of your technician so you are aware of the tech who will come to your home. Rick was very knowledgeable of the garage equipment and took the initiative to research the answers if he was not. Once Rick identified the right product needed to fix my issue, he came early and resolved the problem quickly. Rick also took the time to show me how to program the new garage remotes. All in all, the customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. Keith did a first rate job of installing a new garage door opener at my home in Bethesda. He arrived at the beginning of the four hour "window" that Precision had agreed with me and completed the job in 45 minutes. He took all the discarded pieces of the garage door opener with him and gave me a 10 minute walk through on how to operate and maintain the system. A good guy, to boot. I have no hesitation in giving him a five star rating!
