Rick from Precision was the tech assigned to our job. He was on time, patient and professional throughout the service call. He did a great job explaining why our 20 year old garage door opener had failed and needed to be replaced. Rick provided me with three replacement options and explained the differences of each solution offered. Once we decided on the solution Rick was able to install the new unit right there and then. He was efficient in getting the install completed, did a great job cleaning up and took all the debris including the old opener with him. He then took the time to give me an overview of the operation of the new unit and answered all of my questions. I will call Precision and ask for Rick on all garage repairs moving forward. Excellent service.

Precision has cared for our garage doors for many years. We rely on you for excellent service, and are not disappointed. When a spring broke on one of the garage doors this morning, Marcus and a colleague arrived quickly after we called. It took them about an hour to change out the springs, wheels and cables on the garage door that was so disabled I could not even open it manually. The door now runs like a Swiss watch. Thank you for all your good work and for being there when we needed you.

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing prompt, expert service for their garage door. Thank you.

Thank you for such quick service and your very efficient technician who was able to immediately resolve the problem of the door that was having trouble being closed. He found a short in the sensor mechanism that was repaired with new sensors and support brackets.
