All in all, it was an excellent customer experience. From booking the repair by telephone (and speaking to a real person), to the technician calling to say when he would be arriving and the quality of service itself, professional, promptly executed and explained clearly, I had no complaints whatsoever. I recommend Precision very highly indeed.

Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

From the initial call to set up an appointment to the technician to the customer service managers, Precision Door Service was professional and polite. They really seem to get "customer service," which seems sorely missing in a lot of business today. They were at our house and fixed the doors within 24 hours of our initial call. We highly recommend them and would use again.

Had our two garage doors serviced this morning by Keith. He did a fantastic job, was completely professional during the appointment, and answered all of my questions. He also discussed regular maintenance and upkeep with me, and shared some thoughts on ways to maximize the longevity of our doors.
