Keith did a first rate job of installing a new garage door opener at my home in Bethesda. He arrived at the beginning of the four hour "window" that Precision had agreed with me and completed the job in 45 minutes. He took all the discarded pieces of the garage door opener with him and gave me a 10 minute walk through on how to operate and maintain the system. A good guy, to boot. I have no hesitation in giving him a five star rating!

Easily 5 starts thanks to Keith. He was courteous, knowledgable and hard working. He explained what was wrong, spring broken. He then carefully and fully explained how he would fix it, what it would cost and how long he would need to finish. Afterwards, he showed me how to maintain it by using the proper lubricant twice per year. Honestly, one of the nicest people I've ever met.

All in all, it was an excellent customer experience. Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

From the initial call to set up an appointment to the technician to the customer service managers, Precision Door Service was professional and polite.
