Your company replaced an early GMC garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system several years ago and serviced it twice, the first time a few years ago and the second time yesterday. Barry did the installation to my complete satisfaction. When I called for service the first time, to my surprise, Barry was sent and did a great job at a modest price. When I needed service again a few days ago I called your company again and asked for Barry, if possible, and I was pleased that it was arranged even though he been reassigned to another area. I was very pleased to see Barry again, and the work was performed very well and, again, at a very reasonable cost. As a result of these three performances, I rate Barry's performances very highly! And I also commend the young lady who took my call and made the arrangements for Barry to respond to my request, and to the young technician who helped Barry perform the work, and finally to you the service manager for seeking my assessment of the company's performance. (Purchased and installed rubber strip on bottom of garage door door.)

Alan was our service man and he was outstanding. He explained everything to us and was courteous and efficient. We had a new motor installed and also purchased an extra remote control. Truly excellent service. We needed our old garage door opener replaced.Service technician Barry was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and was willing to accomodate me on placement of certain items such as the keypad and laser beams. My one minor complaint is that the company imposes a small service charge for hauling away the old equipment. For the price we are paying, that should be included. while I appreciate that the Company is not in the business of hauling away garbage, it did seem a bit chintzy to me to charge extra for service that is absolutely needed. Aside from that one minor issue, I would heartily recommend this company and technician Barry to anyone at anytime.

Very happy with new garage door opener. Barry did a Fantastic job. He's great. Friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. About 6 months after install, heard some noise - - thought we might need a possible tune-up. Barry came by to check it out. For some reason we could not replicate the sounds. Barry was at my home for 5 minutes. He was not going to charge me but apparently the bosses wife insisted. Cost me $50 for nothing. Barry was great! But upper management has some customer service issues.

I had Precision come out several months ago to fix my rollers. I worked with Barry. He was fantastic; Professional and HONEST. He predicted that my motor would fail soon. It did! He made such an impression on me that when my motor did need replacing, I immediately called Precision again and requested Barry. He just installed my new system. I love it. It was a pleasure working with Precision and I would highly recommend them. They are professional and honest and reasonably priced.

I'd used Precision before, as it was recommended on our neighborhood listserve. The first time when Barry came out, he fixed the problem and didn't encourage me to spend money on something which he could remedy. Eventually, though, the system gave out and I needed a new motor. Thankfully, Barry came the same day I called and did a thorough, efficient job replacing the belt drive. I appreciate that he gave me price options too.
