Barry knew immediately what the problem was with my door and suggested the correct solution. He also examined the rest of the door and frame and noted that the safety wire had not been correctly installed, so I had him reinstall it correctly. He also programmed a new remote control for me. He was courteous, thorough, explained everything clearly, worked quickly and neatly, and I'm extremely satisfied with the job done. I will call Precision Door whenever I have a need.

This is a great company. I needed to get a frozen garage door fixed to sell a house. It had not been opened in over twenty years and I could not budge it. I also wanted to check into getting automatic door openers installed on both doors. I called on a Wednesday and on Thursday morning Barry showed up from Precision Door, looked at the job and gave me a firm estimate on the spot. One hour later he had the door fixed and repaired issues on the other door. Both worked like a charm. I asked about the estimate for automatic door openers. He gave me a very good price which I said I wanted it. I figured it would be few days before he could install them. He said no he could do it that same day. Amazing turnaround. Highly recommend this firm. A rare exceptional experience from a great local firm.

The repair man arrived right on time (actually a little early), analyzed the problem (it turned out to be a simple one), fixed it very quickly, and instructed me how to avoid the problem in the future. I called this company because of their rating on Angie's list, and was not disappointed. They appeared on time, the service agent was courteous and eager to explain the work necessary to repair the garage door. After he had completed the repair he again pointed out all of the work that he had completed. Am I satisfied? absolutely.
