My technician Tito Cruz came to the house and was able to fix the problem 100% to my satisfaction, but more importantly to me this particular visit was he was able to resolve another issue of me not being able to connect to the MyQ app in order to open and close the garage door remotely. This extra step, that Tito helped with and was just a request from me while at my house, will now allow me to have the ability to do that and I really appreciated him working with me and being able to do something that several technicians in the past have not been able to achieve.

We had arranged for one of your technicians to stop by today to replace the remote controls we had for our garage doors because they were worn out. Tito came by right on time after first giving us the "Heads up! I'm on my way" call that we requested. While he was here we told him that both of our garage doors were very noisy when they were opened and closed. He checked them over and told us that both of the openers were getting worn out. He told us we could just replace our remotes, but said that in a short time we would have to replace the openers (which would come with new remotes). He recommended we replace the openers so we wouldn't have to pay for the remotes twice. He calculated the price for replacing both openers and we determined it would be better in the long run to replace both openers today. Tito got right to work and, working carefully and efficiently, got the job done in no time. He was polite, well mannered, and answered all of our questions. In short, the man is absolutely AWESOME.

While trying to leave the house, my garage door would not open. I noticed the spring was broken. I queried the Frederick area and found your company rated five stars. Operator was very courteous and they could come that day to resolve problem. Technician Tito arrived in the time window given. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with what needed to be replaced and to resolve the problem. From the beginning our garage door was always noisy and after Tito replaced necessary parts for repairs, we now have a noise free operating door. If all the employees workmanship are like Tito’s, I would highly recommend Precision Door service.
