We are thrilled with the job Tito did on our garage door. The door was installed over 30 years ago and had gotten to the point where it was extremely difficult to open. I called Precision and was thrilled that they were able to come out the very next day! Tito arrived promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problems in a short amount of time. His recommendations made complete sense and we agreed to the work. Our garage door now opens so smoothly and effortlessly that you barely hear it opening or closing. We also opted for a garage door opener too which we did not have previously for this door. It too works great! We highly recommend Precision and especially Tito! Thank you so very much for fixing our garage door!!!

I had been having difficulty with my garage door opener for a couple of years. The company that installed the doors came out once, but said there was nothing wrong with it. I found Precision while searching online. The reviews were great, so I contacted them. Tito came out this morning and found that I needed to replace some items. He explained each item to me in detail so I could understand it, gave me an estimate and with my go ahead repaired it while he was here. He was very professional all the way through. I would definitely recommend this company.

Services was great but the price for replacing bolts, pulleys, springs (mechanical moving parts) cost $1K. I really could not fathom the supply chain issue in this. Sometimes there is no choice in the matter but call another major dealer and be charged for another house call. I gave it a 1 star due to overpricing .
