Most important of all, the technician, Derrick Easterday, that did our maintenance and repairs during two different visits was outstanding both in his technical and his customer service skills.

Our service tech Brian was great and knowledgable. I called on a Sunday night and someone from the company answered and scheduled my visit for the next day. Great service. The only suggestion, I was told the service call included the programming of my device, however, I learned from our tech that we are charged per device for programming. Thats the only difference between 4 star and 5 star for me.
