I was surprised that I could get an appointment right away. Brandon Phillips called and set up an appointment for Jan. 12th. He was on time and did not waste any time in inspecting my garage door. He gave me 2 estimates, one for 2 extension springs and the for a single spring. I chose the first option. He said it would take about an hour. true to his word the door was fixed in an hour. I handled the billing, it was easy. I would call upon, Precision, Brandon, again if I need any other work done on the garage door. I have already told friends about the great job that was done. We had a good experience with Precision. Nick arrived early (after calling first to ask if that would be ok) and inspected our garage door and opener. He explained what he saw as the problems and gave us a couple of options of how to proceed and the cost for each option. We made our decision and he got to work right away and had all the repair parts he needed on his truck. When done he explained everything he had done and we tested the door and opener thoroughly before he left. All is now working as it should.

I will never use your company again. The service technician had no clue what he was doing. Instead of trying to fix the issue, he tried to sell me a $1000 garage door motor. The part to fix it cost $100.
