We did a Google search for companies that repair garage door openers, and Precision came up with a rating of about 4.8/5 stars. We called on a Saturday morning, expecting to just leave a message, and instead talked to a real person (a treat these days) who was very interested in helping us solve our problem. She scheduled a technician (Dakota) for us on a Sunday morning. Dakota was excellent; he knew his business, communicated well, was engaging, was excellent to work with, and repaired two garage door openers in less than an hour. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

The technician was very nice. The estimate on the phone to replace my opener was $399. I checked with other companies and this wasn't the best price but I was willing to pay it to get the job done today. The technician told me that the prices have been updated and that I had 3 choices the lowest at $700 the highest at $985. It was the old bait and switch technique. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are amazing!! Came out same day and fixed our garage door. Eric was kind enough to call to let us know that he was running late instead of just leaving us hanging and when he got here he was fast in diagnoses and in fixing it!! Workman were on tIme. Knew what they were doIng and worked effective and efficiently. Sherman and Rashard courteous and polite. Impressed with specific knowledge these workmen had at their command. Not pushy, gave reasons for every recommendation/suggestion. Hope I have no more problems, but if I do Precision has the solution, I'm convinced. Received Review email but no Invoice receipt as promised. Only negative! Central offuce screw up.

I called Precision Garage Door Service late on Friday because the spring on our garage door snapped. The representative who assisted me was very helpful and professional, and gave me the first appointment for the next day, Saturday. Sherman Stepney, the Precision Garage Door serviceman, arrived on time and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired our garage door quickly and efficiently, gave my husband pointers on which parts of the garage door to keep lubricated, and even gave him a container of oil! When we need service in the future, we will be asking for Sherman by name. We also sincerely appreciate the military discount - it really means a lot to those who have served.
I needed to replace 16-year-old garage doors and the automatic motors. Precision Door was responsive to my inquiry, up front about cost, and replaced my garage doors within days of their assessment.
