I was extremely pleased with the service of the technician. He was courteous and prompt. When he exited his truck he was wearing a mask. It's obvious that customer service is important to the company, and James did a great job as a representative! First and foremost, they came. Most garage door repair companies don't service my area. They had to drive quite a distance, but they showed up on time and kept me informed of what time they'd arrive. Second, they are a very professionally managed company and their staff are courteous and present themselves very well. Third, these folks know their business. Barry showed up and he's an expert - he very quickly sized up the problem, gave me an estimate, and got started. He explained everything he was doing and why, and they were fully prepared for the job. My garage door was back in business in short order and operated better than it ever had before - very impressive. Precision Garage Doors is expensive, but contrast that with technicians who fumble around for hours trying to sort out what's wrong and wind up running up the bill anyway. I'd rather deal with professionals who know their job and get it done. They deserve five stars for doing a superb job.

Very professional operation. The office was very responsive and they were able to send a technician the next day to fix the broken spring on my garage door. The technician was knowledgable and very professional. The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know what time he would be there and he was on time.
