Tyler is a native of Howard County. He grew up a die hard fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Tyler played lacrosse in college, and he enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing pickleball. Starting off in the food and beverage industry as a bartender in Federal Hill, Baltimore, he transitioned to becoming a garage door designer. Tyler uses his background in customer service to help people find the door of their dreams.

The work was ultimately completed correctly, and I appreciate the adjustment made after speaking with the office. I do want to share some feedback on the experience. The job did not proceed as smoothly as expected and required my active involvement to ensure the work matched what had been discussed and approved. This caused the installation to take significantly longer than necessary and made the process feel more like ongoing negotiation than straightforward execution. While the final outcome was resolved, the experience raised concerns around consistency, efficiency, and customer trust. Since the company asked for feedback, I felt it was important to share this so it can be addressed internally and help protect the company’s reputation. I have used Precision door for roughly five years. I really don't know where to start with praise for this company. So, I begin with honesty and integrity. They never try to upcharge you, when they diagnose your problem. They are honest and give you options to remedy your problem. Next, they are reliable - they come when they say they'll come. When they arrive you will meet a friendly and helpful technician (I don't know where they find these people; but, I wish other businesses would do the same). Finally, they honor their warranties. If you ever have a problem with your garage door or closer, Precision is the only one to call.
