My garage door was installed 2 years ago by Precision. Never had a problem with it. This week the door would not go up so I called and explained the problem. We unplugged the system to get the door opened. Then we could not get it down. They could not send anyone out until the next day. The next day the repairman arrived on time. He saw the problem right away. He showed me what was causing the problem. He checked each way to control the door. He was extremely nice but professional. There was no charge for the service call. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Theu showed up early and they contacted me to let me know that they would come early. They installed the new garage door opener very quickly. They set up my remotes for the cars and the outside pad. Craig Taylor and his co-worker were superb.

Technician Craig arrived on site within the time window provided. He diagnosed the problem with the opener wall pad and replaced the defective part. He also noticed that a spring on my other garage door was looking like it could break soon. I had him replace springs and pulleys for both garage doors. Finished in about an hour. He was very professional and displayed a great deal of knowledge about the products he services. Based on this experience, I will use Precision again if needed and can recommend them.

The reason choose to go with the company, because I wanted to spend my money with company that has and will be around for years to come. After listening to my issues I was having and reviewing my doors. The Technician Craig Taylor walked me through what was needed to make my doors to work efficiently and like new. Even though is was hefty bill but it had to done. The doors are back to normal. They even took care of the old parts and cleaned the garage bay.

Craig T and his brother came out to my home because the builder grade opener was done for. They inspected everything and gave me multiple options for repair. They did not try to upsell me in any way. Once we agreed on which option to go with, they had everything in the truck and fixed everything in about an hour or 2. I highly recommend you doing business with Precision.

Made a quick on line request for service on Monday night for a 1:00 pm next day service appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Craig arrived on time providing polite, professional and expert service. The total visit took about 1 hour. Since our garage door is fairly new (7-8 years old) and in very good condition I was somewhat surprised that the repair cost (torsion springs and bearings) was about 40% higher than I expected. Perhaps I failed to inquire about possible available discounts. Nevertheless we are really satisfied with Precision.

I accidentally ran into my dad’s garage and I was panicking. I called Precision and got an appointment immediately. The techs came out and gave me three options for repair. Called Precision when my 24 year-old opener quit working over the weekend. Called on Monday, and installer/technician Craig Taylor was out within a couple of hours. While they could have repaired the old opener, I elected to purchase the new Genie belt-drive wi-fi enabled opener with battery backup, as reparing the old opener would have been at least half the cost of new. Craig explained everything completely and succinctly, and work was done within about an hour and 15 minutes. While total cost might have been a bit more than purchasing opener myself and having it installed, installation with Precision comes with warranty and peace of mind. Only disappointment was that wi-fi feature will not work on my (older) phone. Called customer support....they had just upgraded app 2 weeks prior, and it now requires Android OS 10 and above. (Mine is v.9). So, I guess if the door had broken two weeks ago, the older version of the app would still work. I imagine that things will work when I eventually upgrade the phone. Alternatively, it would be good if Genie would release a backward-compatible version of the new wi-fi app.

I found this company online after reviewing a few companies, and was well pleased with their responsiveness when I called about replacing my garage door. My car was stuck inside the garage, but technicians Craig and (?) were able to come the next day and they got the car out, as well as evaluating with me the pros and cons of an immediate repair of the old door or waiting about a week or two until installation of a new door. James, the installing technician, did an excellent, professional job.
