My garage door stopped working on Saturday afternoon, and I managed to scheduled an appointment with the Precision for next day, Sunday. Derrick called and came within a set timeframe and inspected and repaired my door. He provided an excellent service and showed me how manually open and close the door and explained about a need for lubrication. It was costly but I am pleased with outcome.

Garage door had been having substantial issues for a few months. After a recommendation, I call Precision. Derrick was our technician and he was very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. I will recommend Precision and Derrick to anyone who asks me for garage door help.

The service was great. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The only issue I have was that the cost was more than I expected. I had them program one garage door opener and tune-up another door. The program took about 15 minutes with a bill of 149.00. The tune-up took longer with a labor amount of 249.00. This is a total of 398.00 for about two hours or less work. Based on that labor rate I would not recommend you to have work done. The tech gave me no indication what it was going to cost before he did the work. Based on what I understood was that the job would be evaluated and told an estimate to do the work.

This afternoon one of Precision's technicians by the name of Derrick came by my home to repair my garage door. He showed up earlier than expected and presented himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable and explained what were the possible causes so that I understand in the future what to look for. He was very quick, efficient, and very friendly. The best part was that I had originally used Precision last June and they lived up to their guaranteed warranty, so today's visit was covered and I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket!
