Wow! I am so impressed with this service. I requested service over the weekend, and they were at my house first thing Monday AM. The technician was so polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly to me. He did not oversell anything or push anything on me. Actually, he helped me realize my springs had been recently replaced, so I felt like his honesty is what won my business. He repaired everything same day! Not like one of these other companies that does a diagnostic ($180-200!) and then has to schedule service another day. Highly recommend!

My technician was Robert Schenck. If all technicians from different businesses were like him, I would always use that company. He took his time and went over all issues that was needed to repair and gave me a cost up front. He ran into a problem that I did not know I had and figured it out for me. August 18, 2026 Hello Precision Garage Door Evaluation Team: Today, I received Garage Door Service at my home, 1704 Golf Course Drive, in Bowie, Maryland. The Technician, Mr. Craig Taylor, was excellent in providing service and repairing our Garage Door Panel, which had malfunctioned. He reprogramed the panel and also fixed one of the remotes which he said may have caused the Garage Door problem of opening without being activated. After reprogramming the panel and then fixing the remote, Craig gave me some tips on how to maintain our Garage Door between routine visits by your company.
