The reason choose to go with the company, because I wanted to spend my money with company that has and will be around for years to come. After listening to my issues I was having and reviewing my doors. The Technician Craig Taylor walked me through what was needed to make my doors to work efficiently and like new. Even though is was hefty bill but it had to done. The doors are back to normal. They even took care of the old parts and cleaned the garage bay.

The employee, starting with the service schedule and ending with the work tech are courteous and professional. I had to replace the garage door and Chris came to do an estimate. Brent was awesome! He called to let me know what time it was coming it was on time. We talked about the issues I was having with my garage door and he kind of knew before I could even tell him what the problem was. A new motor was installed, and Brent later went over all the new features that there new motor had. He also went over how to do link up the remote and the keypad. The experience was awesome he is very knowledgeable of his craft.He love to conversate and has a great attitude. It's hard to find people like that these days.

Jamal Crosby was very mannerable and efficient. He walked me through how to reset the keypad, as well as the remotes. He also sprayed the rollers so it wouldn't squeak. It took him 10 minutes to do what my husband and grandson couldn't do in an hour. I hope he will be our technician for future visits.

Greetings to all! I contacted Precision to replace the garage door seal which needed replacing. Chris arrived and assessed the situation and advised that replacing the garage door seal would not be a problem; however, there were other areas that needed to be addressed. Chris indicated that the garage door was great quality, but most of the parts were builder grade and clearly explained the benefits in replacing these parts. My wife and I did not want to spend almost $3K on the garage door because our home is less than four years old. But, if it would significantly reduce the LOUD opening and closing (our bedroom is over the garage), it would be well worth the extra expenditure. Jamal arrived to perform the installation and did a terrific job - nothing short of outstanding. The garage door opening and closing is MUCH QUIETER than before! He explained everything in detail and linked our mobile phones and remotes to the opener. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED and look forward to Jamal assisting us with any future garage door issues!

We called the problem in at 8:30 pm on Wednesday night and by 8:00 am on Thursday morning, Tyrone called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. He showed up right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about our garage door. After inspection he showed me the problem and calculated the cost for me to approve. Tyrone explained all of the things he was doing as he went, and before long I had a functioning door again. He made some good suggestions about maintaining the door and used a lubricant on all of the moving parts. We are happy customers and thank you for the professional work.

My garage door was increasingly making a lot of noise when I used it although it was only 3 years old. The builder warranty had expired and even though everyone said it probably only needed to be lubricanted, I felt it was not something I wanted to personally do and it would be worth the money to have a professional examine the door. After much research I called Precision and was able to get same day service. The technician showed up at the appointment time and did a great job explaining the source of the increasing noise and options for resolution. He worked quickly and did a complete tune up on the system. The price seemed reasonable and I was given a “senior” discount which I really appreciated. I would recommend them!
