My garage door was not closing completely and nothing I tried made it better. A friend of mine recommended calling Precision Garage Door, saying that the person who came out to help him was very kind and experienced and had no difficulty finding and fixing the problem. Pat came out today, on a Sunday, and I had the same experience: he was kind and experienced and had no difficulty finding and fixing the problem. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong and what may need to be done in the future. He also oiled some of the framework of my garage, to minimize problems in the future. He not only fixed the problem with my garage door, but also helped me understand much more about them and was incredibly thoughtful and considerate.

When the pulley system on one of my garage doors needed repair, I contacted Precision which sent a technician the very next day. I met Jamal that day and he installed a torsion system and new motor for each of the two garage doors. Jamal impressed me from the start. He was thorough in his explanations, very patient in answering my questions, and cleaned up the garage area after he was through working. Though he spent nearly all day installing these systems, Jamal never appeared to rush through the job, even re-doing some parts until he was satisfied with the outcome. He is a true professional and I hope that if I need Precision again I can request him to return.

I was stuck with garage door opening.In social site I saw a precision garage service near my location, called them ,technician came within 24 hours of appointment in designated time. Technician Ran cross came to my house inspected the garage parts, detected the issue and resolved the problem. Suggested to replace a door open/motor.All the parts were carried by him in the truck that made easy to resolve the issue. I am very pleased, and can't say enough good things about Ron and his work.Even 5 stars is not enough.He showed all the instructions after the completion of work. Highly recommend!

Robert arrived at the beginning of the appointment window after calling ahead to confirm our availability. He was professional and friendly. He was able to fix the problem with our opener. He also lubricated the door. There was no charge beyond the cost of the service call. We were very pleased with Precision and happily recommend them.

I chose to try Precision after viewing several TV ads regarding their services over the past several months. I had been trying to get in touch with 2 other garage door companies and 1 never returned my calls, texts or emails and the other could not send anyone until August! I decided to give Precision a try and they assigned someone the very next day. James was very helpful and responded to my request for paperwork right away. Ron was the technician assigned to diagnose the issue with a garage door not opening or closing by remote and also inspected the 2nd garage door and notified me right away of any issues so they could be resolved while he was there. We recently called Precision to troubleshoot a problem with our garage door opener. The problem was sporadic; every few times we tried to open the door it would go part way up and then stop, requiring a second push on the pad or remote to finish opening the door. The same problem randomly occurred when closing the door. We were able to schedule a visit within less than 24 hours, and Ron, who came out to resolve our problem, was excellent! He identified the problem very quickly - our 20+ year old opener needed a new motor - and he had all of the parts on his truck (motor, new keypad, remote, etc.) to do the repair right away. He then assisted us with programing the new keypad and remote (plus the opener in our car) and also gave us some very useful information about online access and related matters. We were very pleased, and can't say enough good things about Ron and his work. Highly recommend!

I had Precision Garage Doors out to my house a year and a half ago to replace a motor and chain. When the cable snapped on my garage door I called Precision again. Patrick Villiard, service tech, determined that the coil had also broken. Noting that many parts were over 20 years old, I decided to update the old parts.
