We had one of two springs replaced earlier this year. Low and behold the other spring broke Friday. That evening I logged on to the Precision site and scheduled for replacement. Precision has been the go-to for me and the prior owner of our townhome for over two decades. For us, they installed our garage door 8 years ago and were honest that our Craftsman motor was still operational. They did not upsell. Then, this past weekend, our 27 year old Craftsman met its maker. On weekend, through schedule features on Precision's website, we got an appointment for Monday. Pat explained all options patiently, including how to maintain the coils and other features properly. He was effective and efficient. They are not cheap, but you would get what you pay for if you skimped.
