Our technician, Tito, was excellent. Extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew just what to do to fix our problem the right way. The garage door opener is now "purring" like never before. Tito noticed a broken part on the door itself. He was able to repair it, likely saving us the cost of a new garage door in the futre if the problem was left unattended. Thanks, Tito!

Precision Garage Door not only met, but actually exceeded my expectations. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician (Ron) came on time. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and repaired my garage door so now it works better than ever. He was also very careful to explain each and every repair needed, and gave me the option of which to accept for not. I am so happy I choose Precision for my garage door needs, and now proudly display the decal on the inside of my door in case I ever need anything again.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. His disposition, personality and professionalism, is an asset to Precision. If ever I have another issue with my garage door, I am going to personally ask for Brent. Superb Job!!! I can't recommend this company enough. Several companies have come to my home over the years to repair and replace the garage door and related equipment. Last year, a company came to replace the tracking and install a new electronic system. It never worked properly and the electronic installation was poor. I looked at all the reviews for garage door services and each was well regarded, even the prior company I used. I took a shot with Precision and boy was I lucky. Jared M. from Precision came out and repaired and installed all the faulty work in a courteous, timely and very effective manner. It's like we have a new garage door system. The bonus is my wife is not yelling at me "to fix the d*mn garage door already." Thanks Jared for the wonderful service and allowing me to have the best night's sleep I've had in months.
