I originally thought I had to replace the garage opener but he told me he could fix it and he did. I want to note that a previous company told me the opener had to be replaced and quoted me a ridiculous price. He didn’t price gorge me and told me exactly what needed to be done. He made suggestions to me on future work I may need. He was very thorough and went over everything with me. The reason choose to go with the company, because I wanted to spend my money with company that has and will be around for years to come. After listening to my issues I was having and reviewing my doors. The Technician Craig Taylor walked me through what was needed to make my doors to work efficiently and like new. Even though is was hefty bill but it had to done. The doors are back to normal. They even took care of the old parts and cleaned the garage bay.

Brent was awesome! He called to let me know what time it was coming it was on time. We talked about the issues I was having with my garage door and he kind of knew before I could even tell him what the problem was. A new motor was installed, and Brent later went over all the new features that there new motor had. He also went over how to do link up the remote and the keypad. The experience was awesome he is very knowledgeable of his craft.He love to conversate and has a great attitude. It's hard to find people like that these days.

The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

I used Precision to install my garage openers when I purchased my home in 2020. They did an excellent job. So when my door gave me an error, I called them for service. They came out the next day and did a fantastic job explaining the error, how to fix it, and what to watch out for going forward. It was a thorough and educational experience. I find Precision very good at what they do and trustworthy.

Overall, the service was okay. I was disappointed that the service repair man charged me an extra $200.00 for a tune up, which he said was required in order to replace the plain loop cable. I didn't feel like I had any other choice but to accept that charge because he told me that in order to replace the cable, that he had to loosen the tension on the garage spring and after replacing the cable, he had to tighten the spring, and this is considered a tune-up. I think this should have been considered a part of the job of replacing the cable. I'm still not sure how loosening the spring and tightening the spring can be considered a tune up, however, what could I say. Also, when the repairman was about to leave, he told me that I had to open the garage door manually, because the track was off and he did not have any track with him. After I told him that I had to use the garage door opener and I expected the repair to include correcting the problem, he fixed the track. If my situation wasn't an emergency, I would probably have gotten another estimate to be on the safe side, because when I got the first estimate, he recommended replacing everything with exception of the garage door, which he said would cost me over $1,500. I hope this is helpful.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on August 22, 2022 because my garage door was opening and closing in a manner that made me feel as though it was no longer safe to operate. I was given an appointment the very next day with Bobby. Bobby was very knowledgeable and able to assess multiple serious installation issues within seconds. The garage door was installed over two years ago with major items missing, 18" galvanized steel Orb Operation Hook Up Bracket; 9' Torsion Tube; and Stainless Steel Safety Cables. Bobby showed me where these items belonged and explained their purpose. If any of these had failed very serious injury, death, or property damage would have been the result. Bobby used his tablet to price all the items that were needed to correct the issues and to give me the full price with senior discount and taxes and fixed it right then. I was so impressed, I thought I was going to have to schedule another appointment to have the work done. I found Precision Garage Door on the Internet and chose them because they had a location in my area and a well written ad with great information. I'm glad that I called. Great Job Bobby!
