He explained everything and provided tips on how to mange the equipment to get long term use. he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything prior to doing any work. I received good service from the customer service personnel and the technician was prompt and friendly and assessed the problem. However, he did not have the equipment needed to make the repair so he has to come back tomorrow -- and I had to pay the $50 fee for the service call.
You will not be charged again for the service call. Thank you for choosing Precision.

Excellent service! Timely, friendly, and competant... Michael called in advance to give me his estimated time of arrival. He was very detailed in his assessment. He performed the work in an expeditious manner. Before leaving, he performed a walk-thru with me of all services provided and showed me where my springs had worn down and one was broke. I will definitely use Precsion again!!
