Bobby! Bobby! I want to express my sincere gratitude for your professionalism, work ethic, and above all, your positive and supportive attitude. You not only understood the issue but also addressed it gracefully. Additionally, you went above and beyond to rectify the previous technician’s flaws, issues, and mistakes. You truly embody the qualities of an exceptional technician.

Please describe your experience. Did we meet your expectations? Did we solve your problem? Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Were they helpful? Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? Precision garage doors exceeded my expectations. They were able to fix all the issues with my garage door in addition ad adding upgrades which should’ve been added to the garage door when it was initially installed. Bobby Shoar was very knowledgeable and aceta. My expectations were they was able to fix things that nobody else realize were problems with the garage door and upgraded all the systems on the door. I would definitely recommend them for anybody that has any issues with the garage door. I need a garage door installed.

I chose Precision because I could not wait several days to have the garage door opener repaired or replaced. Earlier that day I had to leave my garage door open while running errands because it would not close. When I finally got it closed, I called a few garage door places. Only Precision was able to give me a next-day appointment. When Bobby arrived, he explained that my unit was 21 years old, and suggested several replacement options. I highly recommend Precision because of the tremendous customer service.

Service was phenomenal. My technician Bobby was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions.). He broke things down, explained my options, provided recommendations and walked me through everything he did. He assisted with setting new garage codes, connecting the garage door to my vehicle, connecting to the wifi and helping me sign up for the warranty. At no time did I feel like he was trying to 'upsell' me. He provided a genuine, friendly and fast replacement service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

"I recently called for a service appointment for my garage door opener, and I was pleased to get a same-day appointment. Bobby, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time with a friendly greeting and a firm handshake. He quickly got to work resolving the issue with my opener, and even noticed and repaired a problem with one of the garage door wheels that was off track. I was impressed by his efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services."

One of my garage doors springs failed on a Sunday at 1:30. I called Precision Garage Door. The person answering the phone was very polite and cordial. A service person was at my house two hours later on a Sunday! The technician's name was Bobby. Bobby called me to inform me that he was on his way. He was on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done efficiently, effectively and to a very high standard. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door, very impressed and will be using in the future and recommend to others.

I chose Precision after reading reviews online and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed...I was able to schedule service between 8-12 the morning I called. Bobby was the technician assigned to our job. He called within 30 minutes of my initial call and arrived 40 minutes later just as he said he would. He confirmed spring was broken and thoroughly inspected door for other potential problems. He made recommendations for repair and provided three options to get the door operating again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a really hard worker. Within a couple of hours, he had the door opening and closing better than ever! Thank you Bobby and Precision for a job well done.
