Service was phenomenal. My technician Bobby was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions.). He broke things down, explained my options, provided recommendations and walked me through everything he did. He assisted with setting new garage codes, connecting the garage door to my vehicle, connecting to the wifi and helping me sign up for the warranty. At no time did I feel like he was trying to 'upsell' me. He provided a genuine, friendly and fast replacement service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

I would like to thank Precision Overhead Doors for your excellent service in getting our garage door back up and functioning. Two days ago one of our springs broke and the door would not open. I call Precision Tuesday night and was able to get an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Alan came out, assessed the problem and within 30 minutes installed new heavy duty springs, checked all cables, adjusted the motor and lubricated all hinges making sure the garage door was functioning at optimal capacity. Alan was great and really made me feel at ease with his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend him and his associates for any garage work. Thanks again Alan. Respectfully, David Manuel
