Wow! I am so impressed with this service. I requested service over the weekend, and they were at my house first thing Monday AM. The technician was so polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly to me. He did not oversell anything or push anything on me. Actually, he helped me realize my springs had been recently replaced, so I felt like his honesty is what won my business. He repaired everything same day! Not like one of these other companies that does a diagnostic ($180-200!) and then has to schedule service another day. Highly recommend!

My technician was Robert Schenck. If all technicians from different businesses were like him, I would always use that company. He took his time and went over all issues that was needed to repair and gave me a cost up front. He ran into a problem that I did not know I had and figured it out for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. We went over everything before he left and I was very comfortable and happy with the results. Trust me, if you request him you will not be disappointed.

I am happy with the new opener installed during the visit. However, I mentioned to Robert that the door seemed stuck the first time I open it in the morning and the old opener would struggle to first open it. Well, the door still behaves as if stuck and the opener struggles at first to move it. I'd like for this to be fixed.
