I sensed the company is highly dependable and conscientious of their customer service, wanting the customer to be 100% satisfied. The tech who did our job... I got called thru Angi's list, your call center called quickly and was very courtious but failed to mention there would be a service charge and was not very accurate with quotes he supplied. The service man was great, on time, knowledgeable, but also never mentioned the service charge until after he spent some time and his prices were hundreds of dollars more than the first call. As a result nothing got done and an average rating for personalities but a one star for prices.

After spending $1,800 on new garage door apparatus, I can't sync the door opener to the buttons in my cars, even after hours of trying. I contacted the company immediately after the technician left, but never heard back. Just called to speak to owner or anyone else in charge, but was placed on hold for a long time. I'm thinking it was a mistake to deal with this company that doesn't seem to care about customer service.

He explained clearly what needed to be done, installed the new product and checked all components, then reviewed what he had completed with us. Everyone from the operator to technicians were super friendly, knowledgeable and did not mind calls checking in on time. The technicians explained everything including options, care and price very well and were very professional and great to deal with. Only reason it is not a 5 rating was the wait time for them to arrive from prior job.

Our garage door broke last night and quickly found Precision's number from a service call made years ago. I called after 9pm and was promptly helped and had a technician come out the next day. Garry was timely and very courteous. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the bad news but they worked with me on the price to replace the springs, etc. He was done within an hour and showed me how to maintain it moving forward. I really like the customer service and prompt attention they always give us and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision!
