We chose Precision after checking their BBB rating. We got an appointment for the following morning. Robert arrived at the beginning of the appointment window after calling ahead to confirm our availability. He was professional and friendly. He was able to fix the problem with our opener. He also lubricated the door. There was no charge beyond the cost of the service call. We were very pleased with Precision and happily recommend them.

I chose Precision because I could not wait several days to have the garage door opener repaired or replaced. Earlier that day I had to leave my garage door open while running errands because it would not close. When I finally got it closed, I called a few garage door places. Only Precision was able to give me a next-day appointment. When Bobby arrived, he explained that my unit was 21 years old, and suggested several replacement options. I highly recommend Precision because of the tremendous customer service.

While the final outcome was resolved, the experience raised concerns around consistency, efficiency, and customer trust. I actually called Gaithersburg. My expectations were not met. Jay was professional but we started on the wrong foot. I did not expect to need all the items he suggested. I thought he was overselling. That it's likely that one needs to replace more parts should have been mentioned when I first called. The price of the springs were higher than the highest range given to me. I could tell that Jay was annoyed. And thus, I did not feel good about the experience. A more realistic expectations about total price ( i.e. needing to replace multiple parts) would have made for a better experience. The live operator when I called was very important in choosing Precision.

My technician Tito Cruz came to the house and was able to fix the problem 100% to my satisfaction, but more importantly to me this particular visit was he was able to resolve another issue of me not being able to connect to the MyQ app in order to open and close the garage door remotely. This extra step, that Tito helped with and was just a request from me while at my house, will now allow me to have the ability to do that and I really appreciated him working with me and being able to do something that several technicians in the past have not been able to achieve.

I was stuck with garage door opening.In social site I saw a precision garage service near my location, called them ,technician came within 24 hours of appointment in designated time. Technician Ran cross came to my house inspected the garage parts, detected the issue and resolved the problem. Suggested to replace a door open/motor.All the parts were carried by him in the truck that made easy to resolve the issue. I am very pleased, and can't say enough good things about Ron and his work.Even 5 stars is not enough.He showed all the instructions after the completion of work. Highly recommend!
