I called this morning and was able to get same day service. The technician, Jared, called to say that he could meet earlier than expected and would that work out for me. I told him that was even better for me. Jared arrived promptly 20 minutes later and diagnosed the issue with the garage door opener keypad which needed to be replaced. Jared was quite courteous and professional. I highly recommend Jared and Precision Garage Door Service.

We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track. He was done in a short time and helped me program our car garage door openers. Thank you so much for sending Derek our way!
