I found your service via Home Advisor. My call was answered on a Sunday evening and although next day service was available, the service was scheduled based on my availability. Brian was on time, very courteous and professional. He advised me of the price for the repairs before starting and he very efficiently did a terrific job on fixing my garage door. Your website is very attractive and full with needed information, you were prompt to answer my call and have a service man (Garry) by the next day. I had somebody else looking at what he told me it was the problem (replace the garage door opener), but Garry came, did a few tests on the door and door opener, the problem was the door itself, he told me what it was needed to be done, gave me a quote that I agreed to it, did his job in less than two hour and my door is like brand new again, also, he told me that my door opener is great, no need to change it. Excellent job and I give Precision 5 stars.
