Brent Evans was my service technician. I informed him of my concerns about the noise my garage door opener was making. He checked it out and determined by the age of the garage door opener (23 years old) the way to eliminate the noise was to replace it with a newer model. He suggested the Liftmaster Model 84505R w/Wi-Fi and Camera. He informed me of the total cost and the length of time for the installation. He even assisted me in setting up the app on my phone. Mr. Evans was prompt, professional and very informative. I was very pleased with the garage door opener installation.

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

Precision installed my garage door openers in 2022. When one of them stopped working I called for service. The technician arrived timely and was both knowledgeable and professional. He began to troubleshoot and soon identified the problem. While he worked we talked a bit, and he was pleasant and very respectful. It did not take him long to complete the repair.
