Our wooden garage door spring had broken after more than 50 years of use. Sherman was professional and quickly assessed the problem. He provided us with estimates to (a) replace the spring system or (b) install a new door, railings, springs, etc. We elected to just replace the spring system. Sherman completed the work and we are happy with the results.

I wholeheartedly endorse and love you all!!! My old garage door broke at 9:30 PM - the spring ricocheted (and luckily no one and nothing was hurt) A neighbor told me to call you - I did and so nice to speak to someone right away - given an appointment for the very next day! The technician was wonderful and called and asked if he could come early - Yay!! Since my garage door is from the 70s- the original to this house- I figured it'll be a replacement of the whole garage door and quite expensive - nope - He assessed and said it was in pretty good shape, he had the replacement parts and safety lines needed and finished the job within the hour!!! I am absolutely wowed by your promptness, expertise and the NOT selling up -would recommend your company to anyone. Thank You Margaret Kelly

This is the second time we have used Precision and both times Barry was our technician. He did a fabulous job, was on time, polite and knows his stuff. This time he repaired our garage door, it wasn't opening and closing properly and one of the rollers came out of the track. Barry was done in about 30 minutes. He also called us from his previous job so we knew when to expect him.
