Jay Constantine was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with our 15 year old garage door. He explained to us how to fix it, gave us the cost, and explained the work he would perform to repair the problem. Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.
