Brent Evans was my service technician. I informed him of my concerns about the noise my garage door opener was making. He checked it out and determined by the age of the garage door opener (23 years old) the way to eliminate the noise was to replace it with a newer model. He suggested the Liftmaster Model 84505R w/Wi-Fi and Camera. He informed me of the total cost and the length of time for the installation. He even assisted me in setting up the app on my phone. Mr. Evans was prompt, professional and very informative. I was very pleased with the garage door opener installation.

The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the process. As it turned out, my 20-year-old door opener had had it's best days. The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The opener itself operates quietly and smoothly, which is a huge improvement over my previous system and has many bells and whistles relative to today's technology. I also appreciated how clean they left the work area.
