I highly recommend Precision. I was very pleased with their service. Brent the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I originally thought I had to replace the garage opener but he told me he could fix it and he did. I want to note that a previous company told me the opener had to be replaced and quoted me a ridiculous price. He didn’t price gorge me and told me exactly what needed to be done. He made suggestions to me on future work I may need. He was very thorough and went over everything with me. I appreciate the honest evaluation of what needed to be done and the cost was within my budget.

Precision provided a great experience from start to finish. I especially want to acknowledge McKenzie for taking my intake information and working quickly to fit me into the schedule. That level of responsiveness made a big difference. The team diagnosed my garage door problem, explained the solution clearly, and completed the repair professionally. While the cost was more than I would have liked, I do feel I received good value for the money based on the quality of the service and the work performed. I also want to specifically recognize Hunter, the technician, for going above and beyond. He was not only knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and considerate throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, complete the repair, and make sure I understood what was done. I especially appreciated that he explained how to properly maintain my garage door over time so I can hopefully reduce or avoid costly repairs in the future. That kind of care, professionalism, and customer education really stands out. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Precision to others.

I am rating the service I received as 2 Stars because I never received a receipt for the work that was proposed to me. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me, sometime that day or within 2 business. He showed me something that he was to replace, but Ididn't receive anything in writing. I called the office and received some email the had a $0.00 payment amount. My call was transferred to your billing office with no one answered. Thank you, Ms. Wright Washington

We were having problems with our door closing properly. While checking, I noticed the bracket attached to the drive chain had snapped. We contacted Precision, who had same day service. Within the hour, Brent arrived, asked about the age of the door, diagnosed the problem and recommended service. He explained everything. We are good to go with a safe garage door.

The reason choose to go with the company, because I wanted to spend my money with company that has and will be around for years to come. After listening to my issues I was having and reviewing my doors. The Technician Craig Taylor walked me through what was needed to make my doors to work efficiently and like new. Even though is was hefty bill but it had to done. The doors are back to normal. They even took care of the old parts and cleaned the garage bay.

Brent was awesome! He called to let me know what time it was coming it was on time. We talked about the issues I was having with my garage door and he kind of knew before I could even tell him what the problem was. A new motor was installed, and Brent later went over all the new features that there new motor had. He also went over how to do link up the remote and the keypad. The experience was awesome he is very knowledgeable of his craft.He love to conversate and has a great attitude. It's hard to find people like that these days.

I am a very satisfied Precision Garage Door customer! The appointment was efficiently arranged by the Appointment Center! The technician Mr. Brent Evans arrived promptly on time. Once the problem was isolated, he explained the pricing/availability of the garage door openers WITHOUT THE HIGH PRESSURE SALES DRAMA! Mr. Evans efficiently completed the new garage door opener installation and the programmed the garage door panel and remote. Mr. Evans ensured the garage door opener application and the garage panel was operating properly. Mr. Evans' exemplary customer service demeanor and professionalism is a credit to your organization. My garage door was increasingly making a lot of noise when I used it although it was only 3 years old. The builder warranty had expired and even though everyone said it probably only needed to be lubricanted, I felt it was not something I wanted to personally do and it would be worth the money to have a professional examine the door. After much research I called Precision and was able to get same day service. The technician showed up at the appointment time and did a great job explaining the source of the increasing noise and options for resolution. He worked quickly and did a complete tune up on the system. The price seemed reasonable and I was given a “senior” discount which I really appreciated. I would recommend them!

I believe that the technician tried to overcharge my wife for a simple garage repair. 2 torsion springs needed to be replaced...the left one broken...gave 3 different repair estimates ranging from 23 hundred dollars to 19 hundred....the door is only 6 years old....said bearings were bad,tension wires and pullies defected...generally the steel door was bad....actually had another technician come out and replace the 2 springs and inspect door....door in good condition
