Appointment was easy to book online. Technician (Derrick) called and texted me in advance of arrival to let me know when to expect him. Derrick arrived promptly when expected and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made recommendations on several items that should be addressed in the future. Derrick was clean, courteous and professional. We will definitely be using Precision Garage Door Service again in the future.
