I had a window of 8-noon. They arrived around 9 am. The technician figured out the problem, and gave me two options. I chose the less expensive option, because I believe my wheels are in good shape and don't need replacement. The technician fixed everything, and waited while I tested to make sure.

I called Precision Door on a family member's recommendation. She did not steer me wrong. I called and got an appointment the very next morning. He apologized for not having all the parts he needed on his truck but assured us that by the time he was done with the first part of the repair another truck would be there with the rest of the parts, and indeed it was. Rick came within the time specified, and he called to tell us he was on the way 20 minutes in advance. He quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He had to get down on the ground and roll or slide under the door to get to the mechanism, which he did cheerfully. He was pleasant to deal with and did an overall great job.

Had an emergency. My garage door was shut and wouldn’t open. Both cars were stuck inside. Called several repair companies and never got a reply. They replaced the broken spring on our garage overhead door the Saturday after it broke. It is a very old door from the 1950’s and took a bit of figuring to make it work. Their technician was friendly, efficient and explained everything ahead of performing the work. I would recommend them.

While I thought the price of the springs was a little high at first it was more then made up for with the professional and attentive service. They were able to come the same day I called, made repairs, explained everything, did some extra work, took away trash and made sure everything was perfect. Premium price paid for premium service so in the end it was worth the price. I would use again and recommend.

When he came, Garry (I think that was his name) realized that he didn't have the right door key pad to help, after installing a "radio", he realized he did not need it and eventually, was able to program the key pad properly. The radio that he had installed and realized we didn't need it was left here for some reason, along with wire to install it. Because it was to be a relatively expensive piece of equipment, I would have thought he would have taken it with him. I will keep it here in the event he wants it back. He was cooperative and, I believe, somewhat frustrated that he couldn't get the new keypad to work. Jay Treadwell

We got an email confirming the appointment and telling us who the technician would be, a reminder email, and then a courtesy phone call letting us know out tech was on his way. The repair was done quickly and professionally and the tech was very friendly and professional. Overall great service. If we have any other repairs in the future we will definitely be calling again.
