I was extremely pleased to be able to get an appointment the next day when I called. Keith was the technician dispatched to my home. Keith was extremely professional and knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. He is obviously very skilled in his job with many years of experience. He was able to properly diagnose issues with the door operation and replaced the broken springs very quickly. He made sure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. Keith is certainly an asset to this company and the reason I would without hesitation recommend this company to others.

Service was excellent. The Tech (Layne) was very polite, explained everything that needed to be done and I felt no pressure to purchase after multiple quotes. The service was prompt and the Tech arrived on time. AFter completing the repair, the Tech explained what was done and made sure it was to my standard. I would recommend Precision Door to my friends.
