I submitted a request through Angi and Precision Garage Door Service responded not only with a call but a text and voice message. I decided to give them a call back and was delighted to know they were able to attend to my dilemma so quickly (with the holidays I was expecting a later service). Brent was asked to come to my house. Both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door and immediately offered solutions to fix the problem. Brent was great to deal with and he gave me an estimate for all work. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Brent! Thank-you!

They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

Precision Garage Door installed my "replacement" garage door equipment and they have been very responsible with responding to a couple of repair issues. The most recent one I was especially pleased with the service man, that showed up and was very efficient at finding a pretty unusual problem, and all is well again!

Both our garage door openers were very old and needed to be replaced. Chris (C) was our technician. He was very professional, courteous and arrived at the stated time. Did an excellent job and very neat. I would recommend him and Precision. I gave only 4 star rating because it was on the pricey side. However, the overall job was well done.

The service was great. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The only issue I have was that the cost was more than I expected. I had them program one garage door opener and tune-up another door. The program took about 15 minutes with a bill of 149.00. The tune-up took longer with a labor amount of 249.00. This is a total of 398.00 for about two hours or less work. Based on that labor rate I would not recommend you to have work done. The tech gave me no indication what it was going to cost before he did the work. Based on what I understood was that the job would be evaluated and told an estimate to do the work.

The technicians who came out (Kyler and Layne) get a 5 star review for politeness and professionalism. Kyler explained why I was having the issue and what needed to be done to fix. The overall 4 star review is because the quote over the phone when I described the problem was about 1/10th of what the repair for that issue actually cost.

The service of booking was great. Professional, willing to work w my flexible schedule. Also liked the email to educate that they were professional (uniform, truck, name badge) to avoid scams. Servicemen were polite, helpful, and got the job done timely. I was concerned about the price. 11 years ago we got a new electric garage system from them for $530. This was extension spring, cables, and pulleys (almost a new set) but cost $860. Would like a 5 year warranty instead of 1 year given to me for that much money - service people said these products were superior quality.

Technician Eric B Arrived at my house at the scheduled time. He and his trainee partner, Anthony were professional and helpful. I thought all that was needed was an outside garage door opener, but since I hadn't had replacement springs replaced in over 10 years I opted to have that completed as well. Also they replaced a ceiling lightbulb in the garage ceiling that was out of my reach. Afterwards I was pleased that both of my cars were still synched to the garage even though I changed the codes. Good job!

Steve was very nice. He came early and went through the garage. When I got to the house at the appointed time, he was already in his truck working on the estimate. I appreciate the report, as it certainly covers a lot! Since I do not own this property, but rather I manage it, I will have to send this on to the owner. I know she had another report done, and I believe it was several weeks ago.
