Craig T. did an OUTSTANDING JOB fixing my garage door. He replaced the belt drive rail assembly, replaced 2 torsion springs, replaced 12 rollers and installed galvanized steel orb oper hook up bracket. I offered him snacks, but he would not stop working. He did not even take bathroom / restroom break. He did not stop working till the job was done. He is very courteous, efficient and professional technician !! In addition: Those personnel who answered the office phone; Amy and Tori were very helpful too!!

Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!

I initially contacted Precision to determine if a broken gear sprocket on top of our original garage door opener motor could be repaired. Not only did Sherman S. make quick work of the repair estimate he also provided a Good, Better, and Best estimate before any work was started. I ultimately went for the "Best" option and had a brand new LiftMaster 8500W installed with a battery back-up and WiFi the very next day! Sherman knows his craft inside and out by making unsolicited recommendations on the maintenance of our door and showing me how to operate the new equipment. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge of the 8500W and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience and the OUTSTANDING! service that Sherman provided. This used to be the only garage door business I would deal with, so I have no idea what has happened. I have paid for two visits, the first (April 25th) I was told all I needed was lube (he didn't even do that) The second (May 16th), the technician made up three reasons for my issue... 1) a "jerker", 2) breaking in (over 5 years old), and 3) "sleep mode" (a total lie). I have now been charged for TWO visits, and my garage door STILL isn't repaired! Service performed: 1st time, absolutely NOTHING. Second time, 1 spring (of two) turned 1/2 turn.
