My wife looked at the invoice and was outraged at me for paying $175 an hour for the 30 mins required for your technician to replace our rubber garage door bottom 9ft [$20 per ft] weather strip. Overall cost excessive for repairs [Which we will note in our Washington Consumer Checkbook vendor survey].

I am impressed by the excellent customer service I received. The technician who inspected the problem easily diagnosed what I needed and he installed new sensors and rollers efficiently and in good time. He was careful to add lubricant ensure the rollers moved smoothly. He is friendly and helpful, and I was glad to have him perform the service. I highly recommend Precision!

The service technician (Jay Constantine) was very personable and knowledgeable. He told me my garage door would not open fully because the cable is slightly frayed. He showed me the trouble spots in my garage door and reprogrammed it so it would open and close again. He also mentioned that I may be needing a new garage door in the immediate future.

I have used Precision door for roughly five years. I really don't know where to start with praise for this company. So, I begin with honesty and integrity. They never try to upcharge you, when they diagnose your problem. They are honest and give you options to remedy your problem. Next, they are reliable - they come when they say they'll come. When they arrive you will meet a friendly and helpful technician (I don't know where they find these people; but, I wish other businesses would do the same). Finally, they honor their warranties. If you ever have a problem with your garage door or closer, Precision is the only one to call.
