On time, very friendly. Fixed the issue. I’m not confident it will be a long term fix however. When I initially called I was told the “come out” fee was $60. My total was $300 including $90 for a new generic remote and $200 for a “tune up” that took much less than an hour. What was included in the 60, why was it not on the bill? Also I prefer folks tell me as they do work what it will cost instead of a surprise. What work is included in the $60? Not clear.

I called Precision after I received a quote from a different company. Precision's price was a quarter of what the other company was saying!! And they arrived within 30 minutes after I placed an inquiry. Jared was so nice and efficient and did a great job on replacing our motor and 'track.' I would definitely recommend this company!
