Austin was amazing. He explained everything. Although he had a list of things to fix since my garage door is an older wooden one I just had the springs replaced. Which didn’t take long to fix at all. Austin explained where and how things work together to open and close the door. It was very helpful. I can now get my car out of the garage!!

My experience with Precision Garage Service was top notch. Even though my home is only 2 1/2 years old the garage door is loud upon opening and closing. I was tired of the loud noises so I called Precision. Keyon, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After he completed the inspection, he show me each area of the garage door that could improve it's operation. He explained every step in the process and what the outcome would be. He was right. Once the rollers were replaced and the correct spring rod installed, omg, what a difference it made. It's so much quieter. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Kenyon, for a job well done. Amazing results. Precision is definitely my go to for garage door service.

I emailed your company this am and was offered a same day pm appointment which was great! I had my garage door installed by another company in October but one of the brackets fell off soon. The installer came at night and supposedly fixed it but it was too dark outside to notice that there was a 2" gap where the garage door did not touch the ground. I called again but the other company gave many excuses and would not set a repair date for weeks. When I finally called Precision garage, they came and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will only use your company in the future because you are reliable, respond quickly, and do repair work properly the first time.

They run smother then they did 6 years ago when installed.I went with the complete overhaul package and the doors are working great. I only called about one door with a broken spring.But my Wife and I thought both doors have had the same cycles so we decided to have both overhauled.FYI Have both doors done at the same time to save your self another broblem. One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.
