The service and workmanship were excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The service technician, Jamal Crosby, quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and had my garage door working like new in well under an hour. In addition, Mr. Crosby was a consummate professional throughout the service call. He answered questions directly, explained the nature of the problem, provided service options, and recommended preventive maintenance measures (without being pushy).

When looking for someone to repair my garage door that would not open Saturday night, I saw that Precision Garage Door provided same day service. They were booked up Sunday when I called, Derrick arrived Monday morning and, after checking out the problem, he explained to me clearly three options. I liked the confidence he showed and the fact that he did not push one option over the other. An hour and a half later, I was pleased that the door was performing perfectly. I recommend Derrick and the company he works for.

Austin was super. He arrived on time, installed a new opener, checked the garage door, wires, gears, sensors, garage cartridge, wires, belts and the lift master. We only needed to replace the opener. So glad he took the time to look over our device to make sure every part was working. He needs to upgrade to be a trainer to new hires.

Overall outstanding results. My garage door broke one afternoon, with my car stuck inside. Nick, the repairman showed up first thing the next morning. Despite a 40 year old wood-rotted (partially) door, he replaced enough parts to get it working smoothly and quietly.
