Our garage door opening mechanism wasn't working. Taylor quickly found what the immediate problem was, and then suggested a range of things we could do to upgrade the door-raising mechanism to extend the life of the mechanism. Dakota, my technician arrived shortly after 4:00 pm., and was an absolute delight. As first impressions are lasting ones, I was impressed. I chatted online with a very helpful customer service about our garage door. They scheduled a technician, Sherman to come the next day and he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us various options and we chose the one he recommended which was the cheapest of the ones and in 40 mins our garage door was fixed and running smoothly. The price is right and even more importantly, the customer service, the timing, the knowledge and ability to repair garage doors was amazing. Thank you, Sherman.

Chris did a fantastic job! He installed a new door (our home is being renovated, and we attached a new garage to the house), at a site that was less than ideal. Chris was patient, thoughtful and kept us informed all the way through. As Murphy would have it, we had an 8 foot door, and the garage door motor needed an extension kit. Chris sent me the link for the exact part, and even held off on charging me the full price for the job, until he was able to come back and finish installing the motor. The team got us back onto the schedule as soon as I received the part. I have not seen this level of customer service for a long time! Fantastic job Team Precision!

Don't ask me why we didn't put in an opener before, but we've been manually opening and closing our double door since we build a garage. It was time to graduate. I called a number of local "specialists" and was surprised that all seemed to make a bigger deal out of this than it occurred. Worse, the others never seemed to know the answer to basic questions about equipment and price and had to refer questions to others. Some called back. Some didn't. And those who called back often didn't have answers or provided conflicting information with what I had received just hours (or sometimes days and sometimes longer) before. Precision was different. Knowledgeable, professional, clear. And, when they came to install the opener it was clear that they knew what they were doing. We still can't believe we waited this long but in the end it might actually have been worth the wait!
