When my garage door failed to open or close, I wanted a quick repair and chose Precision. The appointment was efficiently arranged and the technician, Jay Constantine arrived on time. He quickly analyzed the problem and explained it to me. He then made the necessary repairs, and the garage door is operating properly. Mr. Constantine is very pleasant and certainly proficient in his job. I will call on Precision if I ever need any service on my garage door.

Jay Constantine was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with our 15 year old garage door. He explained to us how to fix it, gave us the cost, and explained the work he would perform to repair the problem. He did not pressure me to purchase anything unnecessary and provided me with some best practices for maintenance. Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.

Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
