I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I also appreciate the next day response and communication from Precision.

He performed a thorough inspection and provided detailed options on parts he recommended to be replaced. I wanted to have the job done right, but had sticker shock. He called his supervisor and got a price reduction which I found reasonable. He performed the replacements, meticulously adjusted the balance, explained everything and lubed all parts and joints on the door. He is a great asset to your company.
