We have now had two great experiences with Precision.They are quick to respond to a repair need which is much appreciated given we were manually opening the door! Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.

Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. Technician arrived at 4PM, in the snow, and fixed the issue in about 30min. Technician could not have been more polite. If there was a 6th star available, I would have given it. Highly recommend this service.

I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
