Jay Constantine was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with our 15 year old garage door. He explained to us how to fix it, gave us the cost, and explained the work he would perform to repair the problem. He worked quickly and after he completed his work he showed us what he did and explained how it fixed our garage door problem. He was polite and friendly. Thanks for sending him to us.

Excellent Service and professionalism from the technician. He assessed the situation and gave a good estimate. He then went to work replacing the opener and supporting system, and gave my wife and me a tutorial when he was finished.

We have now had two great experiences with Precision. They are quick to respond to a repair need which is much appreciated given we were manually opening the door! We had a surge issue and Jay quickly addressed the issue and gave us a suggestion to try and prevent it in the future. Just like the last tech, Jay was great as well. We will continue to use Precision and highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door not only met, but actually exceeded my expectations. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician (Ron) came on time. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and repaired my garage door so now it works better than ever. He was also very careful to explain each and every repair needed, and gave me the option of which to accept for not. Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.
